Good Evening Everyone

When the times seem tough and the road seems long, remember everything takes time and to get yourself onto the road moving at a steady pace, find the right advice and the right guidance to get you ready for the challenges and goals in life.

Start with correct Ergonomics and correct seating at work and you start eliminating the reason people miss work.

Lean against the wall and shoulders touching the wall. Lift arms up and down while keeping shoulders in contact with the wall. Lift arms up and down and repeat 12 repetitions and do 3 sets.
