What is Pilates?

Pilates is an innovative and safe form of mind - body exercise.

The workout consists of a variety of exercise sequences disjointed and tailored to each individual needs.

The sessions generally range from 30 - 60 minutes.

Pilates is such an phenomenal way to train, as can be done by someone whom is doing rehab, or someone whom is an elite athlete.

HEALTH BENEFITS OF PILATES :

  • Improved flexibility

  • Rehabilitation / prevention of injuries related to muscular imbalances.

  • Balanced muscular strength on both sides of your body.

  • Increases body awareness

  • Improves concentration
