5 Primal Movements in Life

Have you ever thought about the movements you do during the day and how they may relate to your aches and pains.

The movement patterns are squatting, lunging, pushing, pulling and rotating.

Every day we do these movements, allowing our bodies to move and manipulate in all ways it was designed to. Repetition of some of these primal movements and neglect of the others can lead to issues that can lead to a chronic state of chaos in the body.

Over training one type of movement is a common practice and by adding cross training to our gym programs could save us the long road of pain and discomfort and time off from what we love the most.

Adding rotational work to our program while loading the bio mechanical system in its relevant plane will allow adaptation of the musculoskeletal system and decrease the chances of unidirectional injuries.
